Frequently asked questions

How is the price set?

Every project is different. After our first call, I send you a detailed quote based on scope, data volume and deadlines. The first call is free and without commitment.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, with clients in Benin and abroad, by video call (Google Meet, Zoom). In-person meetings are possible in Cotonou.

Does my data stay confidential?

Yes. Your data is used only for your engagement and is never shared. I can sign a non-disclosure agreement before any files are exchanged. Data is stored securely during the engagement, then deleted or returned at the end, as you prefer.

Do you offer support after delivery?

Yes. Every engagement includes an adjustment period after delivery, to answer your questions and fix anything that needs it. Beyond that, I can provide on-demand or ongoing support, agreed together in the quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Mobile Money (MTN), bank transfer and, for international clients, card or PayPal through a secure payment link. Terms (deposit, instalments) are set out in the quote.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the project: a few days for a focused analysis, a few weeks for a predictive model or a dashboard. The schedule is set out in the quote, with regular check-ins so you can follow progress.

My data is incomplete or messy. Is that a problem?

No, that is the most common situation. Cleaning and preparing data is part of every project. I tell you from the start what your data can support, and what it cannot.

I'm not sure exactly what I need. Can you help?

Yes. Just describe your question or problem in your own words. During the free first call, we turn it into a clear, realistic project that fits your budget.

Which tools do you use, and what do I get at the end?

I mainly work with Python, R and Stata, and KoboCollect or ODK for data collection. Depending on the project, you receive a clear report, dashboards, commented and reusable scripts, and a presentation of the results. You own everything delivered.

Do you work with students?

Yes, for bachelor’s and master’s dissertations and PhD theses: choice of methods, statistical analyses, interpretation and review. This is support: the work and its writing remain the student’s own.
